TIPIf your fruits are less sweet, add green plum extract of honey to give sweetness.

METHOD

  1. Remove the stems of the tomatoes. Peel and cut the cucumbers.
  2. Remove the stems and seeds of the apples and cut.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
