INGREDIENTS
Mung bean(boiled) 200g, Water 200g, Salt 5g, Cooking oil 50g
TIP If you soak mung beans in water and get it frozen and unfrozen, it can be easily peeled off.
METHOD
- Soak mung beans in water for hours; unpeel and cook them in boiling water.
- Blend the cooked mung beans and salt together. Control the thickness with water.
- Cover cooking oil on a frying pan. Pour a big scoop of the batter on the pan; and bake until golden brown.
