INGREDIENTS

Almond powder200 g, Coconut oil200 g, Raisin100 g, Honey120 g, Sweet pumpkin50 g, Water25 ml, Salt5 g

TIPAmong many nuts, almonds are high in minerals and fiber, which lessens the absorption of fat or cholesterol and prevents constipation. Vitamin E is rich in almonds and functions as an antioxidant as well as slowing ageing.

METHOD

  1. Cook sweet pumpkins.
  2. Put all the prepared ingredients into the container and blend together.
  3. Wrap the cooked pumpkins and the mix with a cotton sheet and press and drain water. Then, dry them in the drying machine at 40°C for 6 hours.

NUTRITION

Almond is rich in protein, unsaturated fatty acids, potassium and magnesium. Intake of 20 almonds per day can prevent cardiovascular diseases.
