Pear 430g, Spinach 35g, Lemon 35g, Cinnamon Powder 1g
TIP Lots of anti-oxidant ingredients are found in the pear skin; it is better to use pears with skin on.
METHOD
- Wash the pear and spinach clean and slice them into proper sizes.
- Peel the lemon.
- Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
- Add cinnamon powder to this juice.
- Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.

The beta carotene in spinach is effective for anti-oxidant activity and fatigue recovery. The vitamin C in pears and lemons is good for relieving fatigue and preventing colds.
