Pear 430g, Spinach 35g, Lemon 35g, Cinnamon Powder 1g

METHOD

  1. Wash the pear and spinach clean and slice them into proper sizes.
  2. Peel the lemon.
  3. Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
  4. Add cinnamon powder to this juice.
  5. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
