INGREDIENTS
Tomato240 g, Cucumber100 g, Cauliflower150 g, Basil10 g, Water200 ml
TIPControl the thickness with water.
METHOD
- Peel and remove the cucumber seeds. Remove the tomato stems and cut the tomatoes.
- Cut the cauliflowers. Wash them in water and rain.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
NUTRITION
Surprisingly, the pizza flavor solely comes from vegetables! Use full-ripe tomatoes for the smoothie. The red ripe tomatoes have a high content of lycopene.
