Kids are not big fans of spinach. Make a mom-made snack with spinach. Most children love bread. Use spinach extract and make mild spinach loaf bread.


INGREDIENTS

Enriched Flour 280g, Egg 35g, Sugar 30g, Salt 4g, Enzyme 5g, Spinach Extract 92g, Water 28g, Butter 30g, Spinach Pulp 50g

TIP The fermentation time doesn't really matter; the dough should ideally be fermented about 1cm over the loaf bread mold. Butter the top of the bread for better color and taste.

METHOD

  1. 1. Prepare the spinach, slice properly, and blend.
  2. 2. Put all the ingredients except butter into a bread maker and knead until incorporated.
  3. 3. Add butter and knead until it reaches the first fermentation phase with the bread maker.
  4. 4. After the first fermentation phase, take it out of the machine and divide the dough into 3 equal parts.
  5. 5. After rounding the dough, cover it with plastic and leave it for 15-20 minutes for mid-fermentation.
  6. 6. Release gas, push with a push rod, roll it, and press the joint so that it does not loosen.
  7. 7. Bake for 15 minutes in a 160-degree Celsius preheated oven, cover with foil, and bake for 15 minutes more.

NUTRITION

The beta-carotene in spinach is effective for anti-oxidant activity and in improving immunity.
