Watermelon 400g, Agave Syrup 5g, Vanilla Ice cream 30g(1 scoop)
TIP You can slice watermelons and freeze them slightly before making this granita.
METHOD
- Put 400g of watermelon in the blender.
- Freeze the watermelon juice for more than 2 hours.
- Rake the frozen watermelon with a fork and make sherbet.
- Top the sherbet with vanilla ice cream and drizzle with some agave syrup.
