Start the day with sour, clean-tasting Tomato Soup that contains no butter or cream.
INGREDIENTS
Tomato 360g, Carrot 80g, Onion 50g, Potato 70g, Cabbage 10g
TIP If you want creamier soup, add fresh cream.
METHOD
- Remove the stems of tomatoes.
- Slice the carrots lengthwise into 4 equal pieces.
- Chop the potatoes into proper sizes.
- Blend in order of tomato->carrot->onion->cabbage->potato.
- Pour the extract into a frying pan and simmer.
- Add a teaspoon of olive oil.
