INGREDIENTS

Tomato 360g, Carrot 80g, Onion 50g, Potato 70g, Cabbage 10g

TIP If you want creamier soup, add fresh cream.

METHOD

  1. Remove the stems of tomatoes.
  2. Slice the carrots lengthwise into 4 equal pieces.
  3. Chop the potatoes into proper sizes.
  4. Blend in order of tomato->carrot->onion->cabbage->potato.
  5. Pour the extract into a frying pan and simmer.
  6. Add a teaspoon of olive oil.
