METHOD

  1. 1. Remove the stems of tomatoes.
  2. 2. Slice the carrots lengthwise into 4 equal pieces.
  3. 3. Chop the potatoes into proper sizes.
  4. 4. Blend in order of tomato->carrot->onion->cabbage->potato.
  5. 5. Pour the extract into a frying pan and simmer.
  6. 6. Add a teaspoon of olive oil.
